Dafydd Hughes Parry

CHARTERED SURVEYOR

Dafydd joined Clough & Co in 2019 having completed a BSc (Hons) Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University.  Dafydd has now successfully completed his professional accreditation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has become a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV).  He is experienced in all areas of professional work, dealing with property and land sales, valuations, compulsory purchasers, mapping and agricultural lettings.  He is also a RICS Registered Valuer enabling him to undertake a range of valuation work.

MANAGER

Paul is a second generation following in his grandfather’s footsteps in the company.

Paul is involved in the management side of the company. 

Sion
Owens

finance MANAGER

Sion is a second generation following in his father’s footsteps in the company.

Sion is involved on the financial side of the company.

 

Richard
Lloyd

VALUER

Richard is a third generation following in his Grandfather and Father’s footsteps. 

He is also based in Ruthin and is part of the agricultural lettings team.  Richard deals with compensation claims to do with utility companies access land.

Christine Shallcross

OFFICE MANAGER

Chris has been part of team for nearly 20 years. 

Chris is always your first contact for all enquiries and has gained a wealth of experience within the letting department dealing with landlord and tenants.  Chris deals with all administration duties within the agency.

Grace
Brown

Trainee Rural Surveyor

Grace Brown has joined the firm as a Trainee Rural Surveyor. Grace will be studying at Harper Adams University, where she is working towards her degree in BSc (Hons) Rural Enterprise and Land Management. Alongside her studies, she will be gaining valuable practical experience with the Clough & Co team, supporting clients across a range of professional and agricultural service
