OVERVIEW

A fantastic opportunity for a graduate rural surveyor/newly qualified chartered surveyor who is looking to progress their career in rural surveying to join Clough & Co Ltd.  

Clough & Co Ltd is a reputable rural business serving the communities of North Wales and the borders. 

THE ROLE

You will be supporting the rural professional department with various tasks relating to our professional services offered. These include valuations, farm tenancies and agreements, compensation claims, estate agency and renewables. 

This post will present the opportunity for an individual to build their own client base and progress their career.

You will also be involved with administration tasks which include managing claims, property inspections and renewals.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

Graduate Rural Surveyor

    • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally

    • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle

    • Strong organisational skills and able to prioritise own time and workload

    • A degree accredited by RICS and hunger to qualify via the rural APC pathway (full support provided)

Newly qualified Chartered Surveyor

A keen eye for detail and proactive professional approach

RICS qualified Surveyor

Desirable:

    • Member of the CAAV
