The land is conveniently situated on the fringes of the village of Bryneglwys of which is a small rural community standing on the A5104 Corwen road and being some 4 miles from Corwen and 8 miles from the Historical Market Town of Ruthin and within 27 miles from the City of Chester.
From the Agents Ruthin office take a left onto the A525 Wrexham road, proceeding for some 4 miles and on passing Llysfasi Agricultural College into the Nant y Garth Pass.
